Jerusalem artichokes, freshly harvested, high in prebiotic fibre inulin, great for your gut. Grown without any herbicides or pesticides (not even the “organic” ones) and without artificial fertilisers, in our own local backyard.
$10 for 500g. Happy to consider a trade for organically grown fruit or home baking.
