Moist and Delicious Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 175°C. Grease a loaf/cake pan and set aside.
- Combine the mashed bananas, melted butter, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Add the flour and stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted intcentrecenter comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely.
