Moist and Delicious Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C. Grease a loaf/cake pan and set aside.
  2. Combine the mashed bananas, melted butter, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. Add the flour and stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted intcentrecenter comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely.
