Ginko, characterised by its distinctive shaped leaves, can often be found as ornamental in parks and along roads. The leaves of the Ginko tree are used to prevent age-related deterioration of the mind.
Illnesses such as Alzheimer’s and dementia, have been shown to be prevented by consumption of this leaf by minimising the degradation of the hippocampus of the brain which is the part of the brain responsible for the storing of memory.
