Buttered Sow Thistle

Ingredients
- 4 big handfuls of sow thistle leaves
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Chicken broth
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons flour
- Pepper
- Just a pinch of salt (optional)
Directions
- Chop the leaves into bite-size pieces.
- Heat the butter in a large skillet.
- Add leaves and stir for a minute.
- Add ½ cup chicken broth.
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, adding chicken broth when needed.
- Add a dash of nutmeg, pepper and 2 tsp flour.
- Just a pinch of salt to taste.
Stir, serve and enjoy
