Communities
Trade Shack is a postcode community-driven platform grouping like-minded by postcode and state. This is to encourage offline, face-to-face meetings.

LIKE MINDED
Like-Minded
When we mention like-minded, we mean people who like to be self-sufficient and like their privacy yet realise that self-sufficiency is a WE process, not a ME process.
The Trade Shack is politically impartial. We do not choose nor promote any political view. We promote the independence of individuals and communities. This means that it is up to you with whom you feel comfortable. We just point out existing initiatives that can help you to start your postcode community, and create connections that enable you to become part of a successful postcode community.
It is something YOU have to do, the Trade Shack just provided the tools, not the labour.

HISTORY
We at the Trade Shack are not reinventing the wheel, as we have mentioned a few times. For that reason, we use existing initiatives to promote and bring together Postcode Communities. Initiatives like “A Stand in the Park” is a great way to meet people from your area. Use it to connect, start the discussion, and use the Trade Shack as a tool to do so.
Online groups on Facebook, Telegram and YouTube are other sources to “check out” if there are people who like to become self-sufficient. Apart from a few, these sources are not location bound. The Trade Shack, on the other hand, enables you to set up a postcode community-focused discussion group and trading platform.
