Once logged in, users are greeted with a personalized welcome message and quick access to their profile settings. From this dashboard, members can change their password, view and edit their current business listings, and even submit new listings with ease. This intuitive interface is designed for convenience, offering a streamlined experience for traders who want to maintain full control over their interactions on the platform.
With clear navigation panels on the left side, users can quickly switch between sections like Account Details, Your Current Listings, and Add Listing. The dashboard also emphasizes simplicity in design, ensuring that every user, regardless of technical expertise, can make the most of their membership. Membership Account Page Overview
The Membership Account Page provides users with an easy-to-use interface to manage their account details, business listings, and membership options. Below is a breakdown of the main features available on this page:
1. Account Details Panel (Left Sidebar)
- Account Details: Here, users can update their personal details, including changing their password and adjusting access levels or other account settings.
- Your Current Listings: This section allows users to view and manage their current business listings. All business information added to the platform is displayed here for easy access and updates.
- Add Listing: This feature enables users to submit new business listings through a dedicated form, adding relevant details for visibility on the platform.
2. My Account Section (Main Panel)
- Welcome Greeting: The page displays a personalized welcome message, showing the user’s registered username and email address. For instance, in this case, the user is identified as Homesteader (Webmaster) with the username help4bis.
- Profile Information: The page lists the username and registered email address.
- Quick Access Links:
- Edit Profile: Allows users to modify their personal information and preferences.
- Change Password: Provides a link to change the account password for added security.
- Log Out: Allows users to securely log out of their account.
3. My Memberships (Main Panel, Below My Account)
This section displays any active or pending memberships associated with the user’s account. If the user is part of multiple memberships, they will be listed here for easy management.
Your Current Listings
Managing your business listings on the TradeShack Membership Dashboard is a seamless process that allows users to edit, delete, or monitor the performance of their listings. The Listings section within the dashboard provides an organized view of all active and past listings, including crucial details such as the title of the item, its status, and the number of views each listing has received. With these insights, traders can make informed decisions about their products and adjust their listings accordingly to optimize visibility and engagement.
Each listing can be managed with a simple click on the cogwheel icon next to the title, offering quick options to either edit or delete the listing. This feature allows for swift updates to listing descriptions, images, and categories, ensuring that traders can keep their products current and appealing to potential buyers. The dashboard also provides filters to sort listings by date or status, making it easy for users to find specific items. Managing Your Listings on the Membership Account Page
This section of the Membership Account Page allows users to view, manage, and edit their current business listings. The following details explain how to interact with the available features:
1. Listings Panel (Left Sidebar)
- Listings: Displays the number of active listings. In the current view, there are 2 listings under the user’s account.
- Votes: Allows users to view votes associated with their listings.
- Bookmarks: Shows any listings bookmarked by the user.
- Ratings: Displays the ratings received on the user’s listings.
2. Listings Table (Main Panel)
This section provides a table format showing all active business listings with the following columns:
- Title: The name of the listing. In this example, the user has listings titled Silverbeet and Testing.
- Status: Indicates the current status of the listing. Both listings are marked as Published.
- Views: Shows how many times each listing has been viewed.
3. Action Menu (Cogwheel Icon)
On the far right of each listing, there is a cogwheel icon that provides options for managing the listing:
- Edit: This option allows the user to modify the details of the listing.
- Delete: This option allows the user to permanently delete the listing from the platform.
4. Sorting and Status Filters
Above the listings table, there are options to:
- Filter by Status: This dropdown allows users to filter listings based on their status (e.g., Published, Draft).
- Sort by Date: Allows users to sort listings by the newest or oldest entries.
