Tumeric Latte, I am obsessed!

This is something I never thought I would say.

I am totally allergic to coffee, plus black tea and chocolate give me bad stomach pains.

So what to do… herbal teas are delicious and I love them, they just don’t hit the spot in the winter.

My latte mix:
6 Tbs of turmeric
2 Tbs of ground ginger
2 Tbs of cinnamon
1/2 Tbls black pepper
5 ish cardamon pods

I use almond vanilla unsweetened milk and add 1/2 tsp of the powder plus a teaspoon of honey and heat.

So so good and nourishing.
